Job summary

The FruitGuys is hiring a full-time Client Services Specialist in San Bruno, CA. You will manage school accounts, ensure accurate orders, and maintain clear delivery details while providing proactive customer service.

You will collaborate with Operations, Sales, and Marketing to meet client expectations, coordinate onboarding, and build lasting school relationships. Hybrid work, with in-office presence required up to 2 days per week; training provided.

Qualifications

• Six months of customer service experience required; one year preferred.
• With a high school diploma, three years equivalent experience required.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Audit vending, micromarkets, and office coffee in field operations.
• Manage auditing program and report monthly.
• Communicate client expectations to operations and customer service.
• Determine internal resource requirements for projects.
• Establish and communicate a usable schedule.
• Provide project status reports to Client Managers.
• Support activities for Client Manager’s clients and inquiries.
• Manage assigned lower-volume clients and build relationships.
• Run reports to verify information and system setup.
• Validate catalog maintenance and service levels.
• Occasional troubleshooting/tech support of vending.
