Job summary

Pace® is hiring a Client Service Technician to join the sample receiving department of its environmental testing laboratory in Texas. This role involves coordinating and performing sample-related activities, including shipping, receiving, processing, and administration, with on-site training provided.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent; laboratory experience is a plus. You must be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 20–30 lbs, and work in a lab/office setting with

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a laboratory or environmental testing setting is preferred, but not required.
• Ability to perform work in a lab or office setting, remain standing for long periods, walk throughout the campus, work around strong smells, and wear PPE while handling samples.
• Ability to lift weights up to about 20-30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform sample-related activities, including shipping and receiving, processing and administration.
• Maintain and update appropriate documentation and databases.
• Participate in training on fundamental lab support policies, programs, and practices.
