Job summary

Pace seeks a Client Services Technician to join the sample receiving team in our environmental testing laboratory in Ormond Beach, FL. You’ll receive training and perform sample shipping, receiving, processing, and data entry, contributing to accurate tracking and timely results.

You’ll bring a high school diploma or equivalent and be comfortable working in a lab or office, standing for long periods, and using PPE.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a laboratory or environmental testing setting is preferred but not required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform sample-related activities including shipping, receiving, processing, and administration.
• Maintain and update documentation, logs, and databases to ensure accurate sample tracking.
• Participate in training on core laboratory support policies, programs, and practices.
