Qualifications

• Active FINRA Series 7 & 63 licenses.
• Flexibility to work any day, time, or shift to accommodate 24/7 contact center needs.
• 1+ years of customer service experience

Responsibilities

• Provide financial guidance to clients over inbound calls and build trust-based relationships.
• Own issues from start to resolution, addressing complex requests with a best-fit solution.
• Advocate for clients and collaborate with teams to deliver superior service.
