Job summary

The Charles Schwab Corporation in Phoenix, AZ seeks candidates for an on-site training role serving retirement plan participants with education, solutions, and long-term investing options for employer-sponsored plans. You will engage via inbound calls in a consultative style and build expertise through a structured training program with coaching.

Post-training, a hybrid schedule is available with opportunities for bonus or incentive compensation.

Qualifications

• Series 7 and 63 required with registration in all 50 states.
• Full-time on-site during Schwab's training program, followed by a hybrid work schedule.
• Ability to work various shifts Monday–Friday between 6:30am–8:00pm Local AZ Time.

Responsibilities

• Deliver education, solutions, and long-term investing options regarding employer-sponsored retirement plans via inbound calls.
• Take a consultative approach with retirement and 401k plan participants using multiple computer applications and internal resources.
• Participate in structured training, on-the-job learning, and coaching to grow retirement product expertise.
