Job summary

CityVet is hiring a Client Service Specialist to be the friendly first point of contact for clients, both on the phone and in person. You will help schedule appointments, manage check-ins, and ensure a welcoming lobby experience that reflects our people-first culture.

We value computer proficiency, a high school diploma or GED, and a positive, patient-focused attitude. This is a full-time on-site role offering competitive benefits and opportunities for growth within our vet-led clinics.

Qualifications

• Computer proficiency.
• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 18 years of age at the time of hire.

Responsibilities

• Manage appointment check-ins and booking, and coordinate with the team on discharge information for grooming, clinic, walk-ins, technician appointments, boarding and retail.
• Understand, communicate, and properly prioritize scheduled appointments, client education and lobby triage by vaccine, wellness, parasite and retail needs to ensure an efficient schedule.
• Greet and welcome all clients entering the clinic, check patients in, notify delays, care for clients during wait and alert staff of arrivals.
