CityVet is hiring a Client Service Specialist to serve as the primary contact for clients, ensuring a pleasant experience and building loyal brand ambassadors. The role focuses on greeting, scheduling, and guiding clients through the clinic journey.

Responsibilities

• Manage appointment check-ins, book new appointments and coordinate with team on discharge information for grooming, clinic, walk-ins, technician appointments, boarding and retail appointments.
• Prioritize scheduled appointments, client education and lobby triage by vaccine, wellness, parasite and retail needs to ensure an efficient schedule and workflow.
• Greet and welcome all clients entering the clinic, check patients in, notify delays, care for clients during wait and alert staff of arrivals.
