Job summary

Boston Partners is seeking a Client Service Associate in Boston to support institutional, sub-advisory, and high-net-worth clients. The CSA serves as a key contact, manages routine requests, and collaborates with Relationship Managers to deliver a seamless client experience.

You will help with client meetings, data collation, and ensuring timely reporting while maintaining accurate records across systems. A strong foundation in finance and tools like Excel and CRM is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or finance is preferred.
• Minimum of three years’ experience at an investment management firm.
• Strong knowledge of global financial markets and product differences.
• Experience with institutional clients is preferred.
• Excellent communication, prioritization, and workload management.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day client service and onboarding with Relationship Managers.
• Maintain accurate client records and respond to routine requests.
• Prepare data for client meetings and coordinate reporting packages.
• Coordinate timely monthly and quarterly reporting for clients and consultants.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure high-quality client service.
