Responsibilities include handling high-volume client interactions, opening accounts, processing transactions, preparing reports and supporting marketing events.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent and 1+ year securities industry experience preferred.
• Experience using CRM systems and Excel for reporting tasks.
• Strong communication across phone, email, in-person and virtual channels.

Responsibilities

• Respond to high-volume client inquiries by phone, in person, or email.
• Support Financial Advisors and branch staff with administrative tasks.
• Process client transactions and manage expenses and reports.
• Open new client accounts and research client data in internal systems.
• Prepare letters, forms and reports to service clients and prospects.
• Maintain CRM records and assist with marketing events.
