Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in customer service, sales support, financial services, or related occupation.
• Ability to work independently on deadlines and establish priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience maintaining database records and supporting reporting activities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; bilingual preferred.
• Investment licensing as required for the role.

Responsibilities

• Provides administrative and operational support to Financial Advisors.
• Delivers high-quality service to internal and external clients.
• Collaborates with support groups and partners to address routine client needs.
• Works independently while contributing within a team.
