Formación

• Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years in customer service or financial services.
• FINRA 7 and 66 licenses and Life/Health insurance required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsabilidades

• Provides administrative and operational support to Financial Advisors.
• Delivers high-quality service to internal and external clients.
• Maintains calendars and coordinates client appointments.
• Performs data entry, scanning, uploading documents, and recordkeeping.
• Supports reporting, client research, and reviews for Advisors.
• Collaborates with Advisors to address service needs and drive client service.
