VCA SouthPaws Veterinary Specialists & Emergency Center in Fairfax, VA is seeking energetic Client Service Representatives to join our busy 24/7 hospital. You will greet clients, schedule appointments, and assist teams during critical moments with professionalism and compassion.

This full-time role offers competitive hourly pay starting at $21/hour, with experience-based increases and night/weekend differentials.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in veterinary medicine.
• Experience in emergency or specialty veterinary medicine preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and assist with check-in/check-out in a fast-paced setting.
• Answer client inquiries and coordinate scheduling and admissions.
• Support the veterinary team with professional and compassionate client service.

Client Service Representatives at SouthPaws start at $21.00/hour , higher with experience, PLUS additional differentials on nights and weekends to increase your hourly rate by $3.00 to $5.00!

We are a very busy 24/7/365 hospital. Various schedules are available, but they will generally consist of three 13-hour days. Some weekends will be required.

Must have experience in veterinary medicine. Experience in emergency or specialty veterinary medicine preferred.
