Veterinary Specialty Hospital Roseville, part of Ethos Veterinary Health, seeks a Per Diem Client Service Representative to be the welcoming face of a 24-hour emergency and specialty hospital. You’ll support front desk operations, manage appointments, process invoices, and maintain accurate records, delivering compassionate service to pet owners.

Qualifications

• Previous client service or customer service experience required; veterinary experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Windows-based computer systems.
• Attention to detail and sound judgment.
• Positive, professional attitude with a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and patients with professionalism, empathy, and compassion.
• Serve as the first point of contact for emergency and specialty appointments.
• Manage appointments, emergency visits, admissions, and patient discharges.
• Process invoices, collect payments, and maintain accurate financial records.
• Prepare, review, and maintain client and patient medical records.
• Educate clients on hospital services, policies, and procedures.
• Perform administrative duties including scanning, emailing, filing, and document management.
• Answer incoming calls and direct client inquiries appropriately.
• Work closely with veterinarians, technicians, and support teams.
• Contribute to a positive, team-focused hospital culture.
