Job summary

Interim HealthCare in Rockford, IL is seeking a dedicated Client Service Representative (CSR) for a full-time, day-shift role. You will support scheduling, insurance verification, and daily office operations to ensure high-quality home care services.

The CSR will collaborate with clinical and non-clinical staff, maintain documentation, and uphold compliance with state and federal home care standards. A strong focus on communication and organization is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent years of training and work experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in healthcare or a related industry.
• Understanding of state and federal home care standards and regulations.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with clinical and non-clinical staff.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and computer software proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Assist in ensuring compliance with quality and operational standards.
