Hickory Veterinary & Specialty Hospital in Plymouth Meeting, PA, is seeking a Client Service Representative to be the welcoming face of our emergency and specialty team. You’ll greet clients, answer phones, and help schedule appointments while guiding families through treatment plans and discharge instructions.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and patients warmly and provide a positive first impression.

• Assist with check-ins and check-outs for all services.
• Guide clients through treatment plans, billing, and discharge instructions.
• Maintain accurate patient records and keep client information up to date.
• Collaborate with doctors, technicians, and fellow CSRs to keep operations running smoothly.
• Provide clear, compassionate communication, especially in emergencies.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk area.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome clients and patients warmly providing a positive first impression
• Answer phones respond to emails and schedule appointments efficiently
• Assist with check ins and check outs for emergency specialty and general practice services
• Guide clients through treatment plans billing and discharge instructions
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure all client information is up to date
• Collaborate closely with doctors technicians and fellow CSRs to keep hospital operations running smoothly
• Provide clear compassionate communication especially in emergency or emotional situations
• Help manage a clean organized and welcoming front desk area

Anticipated Schedule This is a full time position with the following set schedule Tuesdays 700am 500pm Wednesdays 1000am 800pm Fridays and Saturdays 600am 400pm

Compensation Starting at 1800hourWeekend Shift Differential
