All City Pet Care Veterinary Emergency Hospital is seeking a compassionate, organized Veterinary Receptionist to join our Client Care Team in Sioux Falls. You will be the first point of contact for clients, handling check-ins, scheduling, and payments while supporting both general practice and emergency teams.

The ideal candidate is professional, organized, and able to stay calm during routine visits and emergencies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Veterinary or medical experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional, compassionate, and team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to handle emotional conversations with empathy and professionalism.

Responsibilities
