We offer a full range of services including preventative care, advanced diagnostics, surgery, and treatment for illness or injury. Monday–Friday: 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) are the heart of client communication and the first impression of our practice, both on the phone and in person. In this role, you will help ensure a seamless and positive client experience while supporting the medical team and maintaining efficient hospital operations. CSRs combine exceptional customer service, organization, and compassion to support clients and patients—especially during potentially stressful situations—while keeping the front desk running smoothly.

Compensation negotiable based on credentials and experience with a hourly pay rate starting at $16 - $19/ hour. The actual rate offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
