At Port City Animal Hospital, we’re a family-oriented veterinary practice in the heart of Savannah, dedicated to giving pets and their owners the best possible experience. We’re searching for a friendly, motivated Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our close-knit team. If you’re a people person who loves pets and enjoys creating a warm, welcoming environment, we’d love to meet you!

As a CSR, you’ll be the face of our practice! From greeting clients and their furry friends to ensuring smooth front-desk operations, you’ll play a vital role in making each client’s visit a positive experience. In addition to providing stellar customer service, you’ll also help keep our front desk organized and efficient.

What You'll Do

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Welcoming clients and pets to the practice with a smile, answering questions, and handling payments
Keeping our appointment schedule running smoothly, including answering phones and booking appointments
Handling incoming and outgoing mail and email
Updating and filing patient charts to keep records accurate and organized
Processing credit card payments and preparing bank deposits
Retrieving prescriptions and assisting with pet supply purchases
Ensuring our waiting room stays clean and inviting
