Central Animal Hospital in Savannah, GA is seeking a Veterinary Receptionist for a part-time role with potential to become full-time. You will be the first point of contact, welcoming clients, scheduling appointments, and handling payments while supporting the care team.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome clients and patients with warmth and professionalism.
  • Answer phones and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Schedule appointments and help manage daily patient flow.
  • Check patients in and out while maintaining accurate client information.
  • Communicate with clients regarding appointments, medications, and patient care.
  • Support the care of hospitalized pets as needed.
  • Process payments and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Collaborate with doctors, technicians, and teammates to provide an outstanding client experience.
  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.

Role: Veterinary Receptionist

Status: Part-time (potential to become full-time)

Salary: Negotiable and based on experience

Schedule: Monday 8 am – 6 pm, Tuesday 8 am – 6 pm, 1 Saturday a month 8 am – 12 pm
