Client Services Representatives to support high net worth clients within the Wealth Management division, specifically assisting with credit products and online navigation.The role is based in Chandler, AZ, and is focused on delivering
exceptional customer service through problem resolution, system navigation, and detailed documentation.Key Responsibilities:- Assist high net worth clients with services related to credit card products.
- Respond to and resolve inquiries such as:
- Credit card payments
- Rewards redemption
- Online banking (OLB) navigation
- Risk prevention issues
- Logging and documenting client concerns accurately and thoroughly
- Provide support via phone in a high call volume environment.
- Navigate across multiple systems/screens while maintaining active engagement with the client.
- Handle sensitive information responsibly and professionally.
Required Skills & Experience:- Minimum2 years of customer service experience (call centre or high-volume environment preferred)
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in:Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint
- Excellent communication skills with strong grammar and professional tone.
- Proven ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- Ability to multi-task effectively –engaging clients while navigating systems and entering notes accurately.
- Experience withresolving and de-escalating complex customer service issues.
- High level of confidentiality and discretion with sensitive client information.
