Job Responsibilities:
  1. Provide excellent customer service through quality inbound and outbound calls to members, attorneys, and associates.
  2. Achieve and maintain an average call handle time of 6 ½ minutes or less.
  3. Handle at least 7 inbound calls per hour, making outbound calls as necessary.
  4. Utilize no more than 30 minutes in Follow-Up status to document unavailable time after calls.
  5. Input specific membership information into the TVC personal portal accurately.
  6. Record member interactions precisely in files.
  7. Explain procedures clearly and provide instructions to ensure members complete paperwork correctly.
  8. Support translation services for calls, documents, and emails as needed (for bilingual roles).
  9. Perform other duties as assigned and complete training modules per company standards.
  10. Maintain effective communication with supervisors and staff through virtual channels.
  11. Report unplanned leave or emergencies to the supervisor before shifts.
  12. Maintain good attendance and submit leave requests at least 6 days in advance.
  13. Stay informed about TVC Pro-Driver policies, plans, and procedures.
Qualifications:

Education: High School Diploma or GED required, or relevant work experience.

Experience: Minimum 2 years in customer service; bilingual in English and Russian preferred; familiarity with MS Office and data entry; typing speed of at least 35 WPM.

Skills:
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, including telephone etiquette.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in virtual communication tools.
  • Knowledge of legal terms is a plus.
Physical Requirements:

Ability to meet specific vision requirements such as close and distance vision, color perception, and focus adjustment.

Schedule:
  • 40 hours per week, with overtime approved by management.
  • Shift: Mon-Fri, 8am - 5pm CST, in a remote setting.
