Casper Dermatology Clinic in Casper, WY is hiring a full-time Patient Service Representative to greet patients, check in for appointments, verify insurance and manage the front desk operations.

This role supports two new offices in East Casper and Douglas, with a travel schedule of 3–4 days in Casper and 1–2 days in Douglas; offers health, dental and vision coverage, retirement options, PTO and life insurance.

• Performs opening and closing clinic duties
• Greets patients, checks in for appointments and verifies insurance
• Scans documents into electronic health record
• Maintains tidiness of waiting area and reception counter throughout the day
• Checks schedules for added, canceled and no-show appointments throughout the day
• Schedules follow up appointments as needed
• Responds to designated tasks in the electronic health record
• Orders clinic office supplies
• Sells and tracks cosmetic products

Casper Dermatology Clinic is growing and opening two new offices in East Casper and Douglas. We are looking for energetic, patient-focused Patient Service Representatives who are eager to make an impact from day one.

This unique opportunity allows you to help launch our newest locations while delivering outstanding care and creating a positive patient experience. We are seeking candidates with proven leadership abilities, adaptability, and a passion for excellence.

Position Details

• Travel position with a consistent weekly schedule
• 3 to 4 days per week in Casper
• 1 to 2 days per week in Douglas
• Opportunity to support the growth and success of both new offices
