Ethos Veterinary Health is hiring a full-time Veterinary Client Service Representative for the Mission, KS location. The CSR will welcome clients, manage records, educate clients on services, handle appointments and payments, and support a fast-paced hospital environment.

Candidate should excel in customer service, multitasking, and teamwork, with comfort using Windows-based software. Join a network delivering advanced veterinary care with a strong emphasis on compassionate service.

• Fundamental knowledge of Windows-based computer programs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients in a friendly, helpful, and compassionate manner.
• Prepare and review documents and medical records accurately and completely.
• Educate and advise clients regarding MVES/OVES services and practices.
• Process appointments, emergencies, and client requests with high-quality care and satisfaction.
• Process invoices and payments accurately.
• Update and maintain client/pet records and files per hospital requirements.
• Assist with administrative duties such as scanning, faxing, emailing.
• Support team to reach common goals.
• Recognize when to seek guidance in client-related cases where protocol does not apply.

Responsibilities Of a Client Service Representative

• Welcome our clients in a friendly, helpful, and compassionate manner
• Prepare and review documents and medical records accurately and completely
• Educate and advise clients regarding MVES/OVES services and practices
• Process appointments, emergencies, and client requests while ensuring the highest quality of care and satisfaction for our clients at all times
• Process invoices and payments accurately
• Update and maintain client/pet records and files in accordance with hospital legal requirements
• Assist with other administrative duties such as scanning, faxing, emailing, for example
• Support team to reach common goals
• Ability to recognize and seek guidance in all client-related cases where protocol does not apply

Schedule And Compensation

Sunday, Wednesday - Friday; 8pm - 6am

• Pay is dependent on experience
• Shift differentials available for weekends and overnights $3.00/hr on hours between 10pm and 8am

$1.50/hr from midnight Saturday morning to midnight Sunday night
