Job summary

SEI is seeking a Client Service Professional to join the Investment Manager Services Division. You will manage regulatory reporting, shareholder communications and marketing review for 40 Act clients, coordinating with printers and transfer agents to ensure accurate distribution of prospectuses and annual reports.

You will liaise with IMS clients, resolve incidents quickly, stay current with industry standards, and drive process improvements across legal, SIDCO, and relationship teams.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business or Marketing or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in mutual fund or hedge fund industry.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison between SEI and IMS clients to support SEI products and services.
• Resolve client incidents, inquiries and service issues; identify opportunities for service improvements.
• Manage regulatory reporting (prospectuses, proxy statements, annual reports) for 40 Act clients.
• Coordinate printing and distribution of regulatory reports with printers, transfer agents, and clients.
• Support marketing reviews and distribution of client marketing collateral materials.
• Lead project work for product launches, share class additions, and regulatory updates.
