Job summary

ASB Real Estate Investments in the Washington, D.C. area seeks a Client Service Operations Specialist to lead production of professional marketing, communications, and web design deliverables while delivering timely investor service to 300+ clients.

You will work with senior leadership, relationship managers, and investment personnel to support client retention and fundraising, leveraging Salesforce and client portals with accuracy and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred but not essential.
Experience in investor relations, marketing, or communications.
Strong collaboration and goal orientation; able to deliver high-quality work.
Independent, self-learning in mastering new skills without formal instruction.
Organized and proactive with multiple deadlines and dynamic priorities.
Comfortable making decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, PowerPoint, Vimeo, WordPress, Constant Contact, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with team to ensure effective client and prospect communication.
Manage Salesforce client data, market value uploads, and reports.
Plan and support logistics for industry conferences, client events, sponsorships, and exhibits.
Provide accounting support for check requests, sponsorship billing, memberships, and subscriptions.
Coordinate print/presentation supplies and vendor promotions.
Serve as primary client services inbox liaison; resolve portal issues with vendors.
