Job summary

SEI's Investment Manager Services Division (IMS) is growing rapidly and seeks a Relationship Manager to develop, maintain, and expand relationships with existing clients, serving as the primary contact for daily activities and client initiatives. You will onboard new clients, manage key projects, support recontract and RFP processes, and collaborate across internal teams to enhance service offerings.

Travel up to 10% is required, and a Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of investment management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 8 years investment management/operational experience.
• Strong client service mindset aligned with SEI principles.
• Proven ability to manage multiple client deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Enhance the client relationship by building deeper and broader relationships within your client base and developing an intimate understanding of your clients' business and objectives.
• Manage client and internal expectations while identifying, resolving and/or escalating critical issues.
• Lead the onboarding of new clients and manage key client projects (prioritize projects, identify new projects to be initiated, gather resources, monitor milestones, perform business analysis, document, etc.).
• Assist with helping IMS meet its business objectives by helping ensure client relationships maintain revenue and profitability goals.
• Participate in professional development sessions and industry conferences to identify processes and opportunities to streamline for clients.
