Responsibilities

• Use professional spoken and written etiquette to respond to inquiries, requests and complaints.
• Perform research and troubleshoot inquiries and follow up with customers.
• Resolve more complex issues referred by other teams.
• Document all requests accurately and completely.
• Escalate issues to supervisor when needed.
• Follow policies regarding follow-up and shift change notifications.
