Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, cashier's checks, stop payments, and wires for clients in person, via phone, mail, and online banking.
• Balance each day's transactions and verify cash totals.
• Assist clients with bookkeeping and checking account problems; answer questions on bank products and services.
• Actively cross-sell the bank's products and services; perform clerical duties; support Branch Manager as assigned.
