Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; securities industry experience preferred.
• Experience handling high volume client interactions and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for clients, provide quotes, schedule meetings.
• Onboard new clients and open accounts; research client data.
• Process asset transfers and monitor cash available for investment.
• Prepare financial reports and inputs for client meetings.
• Input orders and rebalance portfolios for Financial Advisors.
