The role involves onboarding, servicing accounts, and handling inquiries across phone, email, in-person, and virtual channels. The ideal candidate will coordinate client onboarding, monitor liquidity events, and assist with marketing efforts.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent and five years of financial services industry service experience.
• Experience onboarding new clients and supporting financial advisors.
• Strong written and verbal communication across platforms.

• Serve as first contact for high volume client inquiries and scheduling.
• Assist with onboarding new clients and maintaining client accounts and documentation.
• Support marketing efforts including client events and seminars.
