365 Health Services is seeking a Client Services Manager to lead recruitment for healthcare professionals, screen candidates, and manage on-call duties. You will source and attract qualified candidates, coordinate with clients, and ensure hiring standards are met.

Responsibilities include scheduling staff, ongoing performance coaching, and building relationships with clients and referrals to identify staffing needs and new business opportunities.

• Develops and executes recruitment strategies to attract, screen and hire quality healthcare professionals.

• Responsible for on-call duties during non-business hours and weekends as needed.
• Matches and evaluates candidate skills to client needs through screening and interviewing.
• Completes reference checks on candidates' background and work experience.
