Gallagher in New York is seeking a Client Service Manager Team Lead to combine advanced client service expertise with leadership responsibilities that support team performance, operational excellence, and a consistent client experience. You will manage your book of business while serving as a trusted technical resource and escalation point for complex client situations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in insurance client service or account management.
• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license.
• Strong knowledge of insurance products and client relationships.
• Experience mentoring or leading team initiatives.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of Small Business clients while delivering service, retention, and growth.
• Serve as primary escalation point for complex client service and renewal issues.
• Provide technical guidance to team on service standards and workflows.
• Coach and onboard new team members to promote service excellence.
• Coordinate workflows to improve efficiency and workload balance.
• Partner with leadership to drive operational excellence and quality assurance.
• Analyze service trends and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
• Foster relationships with producers, carriers, clients, and internal stakeholders.
• Promote adoption of technology and tools to enhance client experience.
• Support client retention and revenue growth through leadership.
• May provide direct leadership responsibilities where applicable.
