Responsibilities

• Own the client service experience and ensure clients feel welcomed and valued.
• Develop and refine CSR workflows, protocols, and SOPs as the hospital grows.
• Lead front-desk flow and keep communication organized between clients, CSR team, veterinary assistants, and doctors.
• Manage client communication, appointments, phone calls, check-ins, checkouts, and follow-ups.
• Support client education and help families understand care plans and next steps.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and bring solutions and a positive attitude.
