Creedmoor Road Animal Hospital in Raleigh is seeking a dual-role Client Service Representative and Veterinary Assistant. As a float, you will support six hospitals in the Legacy Veterinary Group, enhancing customer service and animal care.

You will thrive on teamwork, compassionate communication, and multitasking across computer systems, exams, dentals, and surgeries while pursuing growth and continuing education.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with client check-in and appointment flow.
• Support exams, dentals, and surgeries as needed.
• Place IV lines and monitor anesthesia
• Draw blood and run in-house bloodwork
• Operate radiology equipment and assist patient care
• Provide patient monitoring after procedures.

About the Role

This is a dual-role position, trained as both a Client Service Representative and a Veterinary Assistant. As a float, you will support multiple Legacy Veterinary Group locations, giving you variety and the chance to connect with teams across our 6 hospitals.

Client Service Skills:

Veterinary Assistant Skills:

• Ability to place IV and urinary catheters
• Administer medications (IV, IM, SQ, PO)
• Draw blood and run in-house bloodwork
• General radiology knowledge
• Dental radiology and hygienist skills
• General to advanced anesthesia skills
• Assist with exams, dentals, and surgeries
• Patient monitoring
