Job summary

Gallagher is seeking a Branch Client Service Associate I to deliver high-quality, efficient client service by supporting branch workflow and routine client tasks. The role reports to the Branch Client Service Management Manager or Supervisor and aims to improve client retention and satisfaction through standardized processes.

You will contribute to operating targets, data quality, and continuous improvement while collaborating with Production team members in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma/equivalent +1 year directly applicable experience.
• Associate's degree, professional certification, or equivalent training and experience preferred.
• Previous experience managing client relationships is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Delivers high quality, efficient client service by assisting with branch workflow and routine client support.
• Creates documents, certificates, and reports using appropriate systems and resources.
• Adheres to efficiency, data/documents standards, timelines and tool usage.

Skills

Education
