Job Title: Client Service Coordinator

Summary of Job Purpose and Function: The Client Service Coordinator (CSC) manages client and pet flow, maximizes team productivity, ensures effective communication, and provides a welcoming environment to encourage client retention and referrals.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Live and exemplify Mars, Inc.'s Five Principles.
  • Recruit new clients and promote hospital services.
  • Maximize pet visits through efficient hospital operations.
  • Provide professional, efficient service, including client education and comfort.
  • Assist with client documentation, pet info entry, and identification.
  • Manage financial transactions and maintain accurate records.
  • Perform administrative duties as needed.

Other Duties: As assigned.
