Job Summary

The Client Service Coordinator ("CSC") manages the flow of clients and pets through the hospital, maximizes team productivity, ensures effective communication, and coordinates care in a friendly, welcoming manner to encourage client retention and referrals.

Essential Responsibilities
  1. Live and exemplify the Five Principles of Mars, Inc.
  2. Recruit new clients and promote hospital services.
  3. Support the hospital's productivity by efficiently managing pet and client flow.
  4. Provide professional, efficient, and exceptional service, including client education.
  5. Assist clients with documentation, pet information, and scheduling.
  6. Manage financial transactions accurately.
  7. Perform administrative duties as needed.
  8. Other duties as assigned.

  • At least 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
  • Medical background or terminology training is a plus.
