SUMMARY OF JOB PURPOSE AND FUNCTION
The Client Service Coordinator ("CSC") manages the flow of clients and pets through the hospital, maximizes the productivity of the veterinary team, ensures effective communication with clients and staff, and coordinates client and pet care in a friendly, welcoming, and efficient manner. The role aims to encourage client retention and referrals.
