Job Description: Client Service Coordinator

The Client Service Coordinator ("CSC") is responsible for managing the flow of clients and pets through the hospital, maximizing the productivity of the veterinary team, ensuring effective communication with clients and associates, and coordinating care in a friendly, welcoming, and efficient manner. This role encourages client retention and referrals.

Core Responsibilities include:

1. Promoting hospital services and actively recruiting new clients to ensure excellent client care and maximize team productivity.
2. Increasing the number of pets seen by maintaining a productive hospital environment, supporting wellness plan clients.
3. Providing professional, efficient, and exceptional service at all times, including welcoming clients and pets, educating them about pet health, and ensuring their comfort.
4. Educating clients about Optimum Wellness Plans, preventative care, and hospital services.
5. Assisting incoming clients with documentation, entering pet information, and ensuring prompt service.
6. Assisting outgoing clients with instructions, invoices, dispensing prescriptions, retail sales, and scheduling future appointments.
7. Managing finances through accurate record-keeping and proper opening/closing procedures.
8. Performing administrative functions as needed.
9. Performing other duties as assigned.
