Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide high-touch client service and address client inquiries promptly.
• Consult with clients to understand financial needs and offer solutions.
• Assist with account openings, updates, and general inquiries in line with policies.
• Maintain knowledge of banking products to educate clients and cross-sell.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, and fund transfers accurately.
• Maintain client confidentiality and comply with regulations.
• Travel to branches within the region as needed.
