Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Initiates outbound calls to clients and prospects regarding transactions and scheduling.
• Opens, closes and maintains investment accounts per RJFS guidelines.
• Deposits checks and distributes cash from various investment accounts.
• Prepares forms to establish investment accounts and move funds between investments.
• Enter trade orders that have been confirmed by a Registered Representative.
• Follow up on transaction completion and address delays.
• Maintain online compliance linking for client trading discounts.
• Ensure all client fees are collected.
• Handle outgoing correspondence on behalf of the Registered Representative.
