Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience for Customer Records Specialist I (preferred).
• 2 years of relevant experience for Customer Records Specialist II (preferred).
• Proficiency with MS Office and Windows-based PC operations.

Responsibilities

• Complete lower risk and complexity account maintenance tasks within the Signature system.
• Scan, index, and maintain bank documents in the imaging system.
• Provide prompt, professional service to branches and departments.
• Assist team members in non-primary duties when necessary.
• Perform other work-related duties as assigned.
• Comply with regulations including BSA, Reg E, Reg CC, GLBA, NPPI, RFPA and OFAC.
