Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; 1+ years securities industry experience preferred.
• SIE required; Series 7 required; Series 63/65/66 as state requires.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for high-volume client interactions via phone, email, in-person, or virtual channels.
• Onboard new clients, open accounts, and research client information in internal databases.
• Ensure client information/documents are compliant with firm and industry regulations.
• Process asset transfers and monitor cash reports and investment opportunities.
• Assist advisors with client meetings, marketing events, and CRM data maintenance.
