Wealthspire Advisors is a Fee-Only Fiduciary with 20 locations across the East Coast, West Coast, Midwest, and Mid-Atlantic regions. We specialize in providing exceptional service by pairing tailored portfolios with personalized financial plans and dedicated service teams. Our goal is to simplify financial lives and help clients fulfill their aspirations. As a subsidiary of NFP Corp, we have access to extensive resources and partnerships, supporting our commitment to transparency, collaboration, and accountability. This CSA role supports our wealth management division.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, advisors, and team members.
  • Handling client requests such as money movements, account inquiries, check re-orders, and charitable confirmations.
  • Managing client paperwork flow and ensuring smooth processing.
  • Answering calls, resolving issues, and updating client information using CRM tools.
  • Collaborating with other teams for client paperwork and scheduling.
  • Preparing client communications and assisting with appointment scheduling.

Qualifications:

  • College degree preferred; recent grads with relevant internships/experience considered.
  • At least 2 years of related industry experience preferred.
  • Attention to detail, ability to prioritize, and team-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM and financial software a plus.

We offer a competitive salary range of $53,000 – $65,000, based on experience and location, along with benefits such as PTO, holidays, 401(k) match, health programs, and performance incentives.
