Job Summary

The role involves providing high-quality administrative support to Financial Advisors, clients, and branch staff. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills across multiple platforms and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Act as a liaison to research and resolve client account issues via phone, email, and online inquiries, ensuring resolution and communication.
  • Determine the best method to resolve issues, ensuring client satisfaction and policy adherence.
  • Follow up to confirm client satisfaction.
  • Respond to inquiries about qualifications, instructions, or paperwork for various programs.
  • Address operational policies and procedures inquiries and relay relevant policies.
  • Coordinate with home office departments to resolve client account issues.
  • Maintain weekly reports and track assigned tasks.
  • Execute trades based on verbal client instructions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Basic office practices, procedures, and methods.
  • Understanding of account types and industry operations.
  • Proficiency with back-office systems.
  • Organizational and time management skills for prioritizing and handling multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency with standard office equipment, software applications, spreadsheets, and electronic communication.
  • Attention to detail to meet quality standards.
  • High level of customer service skills, maintaining professionalism and courtesy.
  • Ability to establish effective working relationships at all organizational levels.
  • Ability to organize, manage, and track multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.

Educational/Previous Experience Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent, with 3 years of financial services experience.
  • Associates or Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required.

Licenses/Certifications

  • SIE required unless exempted.
  • Series 7 and 63 licenses required, with licensing in all 50 states.

Work Style
