Description

Are you experienced in the financial services industry and looking to advance your career? Our growing office is seeking a Client Service Associate to support our operations team. The CSA plays a key role in advisor and branch support, handling client data analysis, financial plan preparation, transaction processing, and practice management tasks. Additionally, you'll provide administrative and reception support, familiarize yourself with firm policies and digital tools, and contribute to delivering personalized client experiences. We support your professional growth through training, mentoring, and licensing assistance, helping you reach your full potential.

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist advisors with servicing clients, including financial planning, investment research, and transaction execution, maintaining regular communication via email and phone.
2. Prepare for client meetings by scheduling, confirming, entering data, creating agendas, and providing follow-up support.
3. Manage new business paperwork, including form preparation, obtaining signatures, submitting documentation, and tracking applications and rollovers.
4. Support client acquisition efforts by managing referrals, coordinating marketing events, and following up with prospects.
5. Perform general administrative duties such as answering phones, processing expense reports, drafting client correspondence, and setting up client files.

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent.
• 3-5 years relevant experience in client service.
• Strong attention to detail, math, and analytical skills.
• Excellent organization, time management, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities.
