This focus allows our clinicians to obtain optimal work-life balance.We are looking fora critical thinkerandproactive, part-time On-Call Client Service Associate that shares our dedication to quality and our genuine concern for the comfort and dignity of our clients.The On-Call Client Services Associate is responsible for evening/weekend scheduling and coordinating of all HHA, CNA, LPN and RN shifts for all assigned clients. The On-Call Client Services Associate works with a team comprised of the clinical team, On-Call Client Services Manager and Business Operations Director to ensure that all client needs are being addressed and expertly met during non-routine business hours. The On-Call Client Services Associate works collaboratively with the clinical team, On-Call Client Services Manager and Business Operations Director to ensure that services are being provided that promotes client satisfaction and abide by all state, federal and company mandates and guidelines and are delivered in a timely manner.
Position Types Available:Part-Time, RemoteOn-Call Client Service Associate responsibilities include:- Answers incoming calls in a friendly, professional, and knowledgeable manner.
- Communicate with clients when an employee calls off or is running late.
- Review call- EM- All and emails throughout your shift
- Ensures clients/families are communicated with and understand schedules.
- Receives and communicates client concerns and incidents to supervisor, as necessary.
- Provides follow up customer service calls/visits to new clients and their family members to ensure clients’ needs are being met.
- Schedules appropriate staff based on competency and availability to provide quality care to client in accordance with the client’s plan of care.
- Assist with any calls and escalate as needed to the appropriate party.
- Responding to EVV’s on a timely manner
- Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:- High school diploma, GED or Associate’ Degree preferred.
- One to two years’ experience with demonstrated effective communication skills and proven organizational and interpersonal skills preferred.

- Ability to effectively communicate with all levels within the organization.
- Nights, weekends, morning, evening, and holidays are required for this position; taking time off on Holidays is on a first come, first served basis after your first year of employment.

Wage Range:- $16.00 to $18.00 per hour
