As a Client Service Representative on the Client Service Team, you will support our clients (entrepreneurs and their finance teams) by providing effective and timely assistance over live chat, phone, and email. You will handle inquiries ranging from basic technical issues (such as password reset) to complex service questions (such as guidance with their ERP integration or setting up an expense management policy on the platform). This role requires working late evening hours independently, making self-motivation and good judgment essential as you'll be working without immediate backup. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to client satisfaction while developing skills in customer service at a growing company. Rho is establishing operations in Austin, TX— this role will be fully remote for 3-6 months, after which point we will ask all Austin-based employees to be in-office 5 days a week. Initial training will take place during Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours for the first few weeks of onboarding. Candidates should also be open to potential international travel during the onboarding period to Rho's office in Belgrade, Serbia.
This role requires evening availability, with 2 scheduling options:
Candidates must be able to work independently during these hours with minimal supervision and demonstrate reliable attendance, as you will be the primary point of contact for clients during these times. Our people are our most valuable asset. The salary range for this role is $58,000-70,000. Base salary may vary depending on relevant experience, skills, and business needs.
