Jackson Hewitt - 1766 is seeking a Client Service Associate to be the friendly face for clients visiting our offices. You will engage with clients, confirm appointments, follow up with past and potential clients, distribute marketing materials, and keep clients engaged during wait times to ensure a positive journey.

The role emphasizes strong communication, customer service experience, and a willingness to learn while supporting tax-related services and client satisfaction at our locations.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to troubleshoot.
• Prior customer service or sales experience preferred, but not required.
