Jackson Hewitt Inc. is hiring a Client Service Associate to be the friendly face for our offices, delivering excellent client experiences and supporting tax preparation teams.

You will greet clients, confirm appointments, and assist with basic tech and product inquiries in a fast-paced retail environment. This entry-level role emphasizes customer service, communication, and teamwork, with opportunities to advance within the organization and participate in ongoing training and development

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to troubleshoot.
• Prior customer service or sales experience preferred, but not required.
